CNS key strength lies in the leadership of Capt Choy Ngee Sheng. He is a Master Mariner with an Advance Diploma in Nautical Science from Australian Maritime College and a Master In Management degree from Asian Institute of Management, Philippine. He has a 10 year experience sailing career on various types of ships, followed by more than 15 years of experience ashore as technical advisor, executive director, and managing director of world re-known companies.
